I eventually had the honor of donating this piece of art for a friends medical situation, so its out there somewhere
This is a piece that was comissioned for the opening of the HoneyComb Salon in Austin Texas . I initially started the idea of creating hair that looked like a bee's hive , but then after i was done with that look , i just felt like it needed more . I still finishing it up , not quite sure what to do with the background , but i had fun with hotpress paper and I love the mixing of technical lines with the chaos that is watercolor , piece is 20X30 ....
