THE IDEA
• The people working here are not direct employees of Jio. We need to get them live the brand and ‘connect’ with it.• We call the Contact centre ‘Jio Care’.
• We use an illustration style that is integral to the brand, to help ‘connect’ and communicate the message.
ENTRANCE
• The entrance needs to capture the essence of the place. It needs to be inviting for not the just employees but others as well.
• We have hence made use of graphics with regularly used customer service call phrases, that employees can relate to, personalizing the space for them.
PASSAGE
• Inside Jio Care, the passage is the first experience that employees have with the brand. It is also a common area that leads to each of the different sections.
• We talk about our values here on the walls.
• Flow art style illustration graphics on the glass panels that add to the ambience.

• The walls have introspective messages for the customer care executives on how they should behave while taking a call.• We rebrand the workspace as ‘carespace’
• The central pillar is a ‘pillar of fame’ where achievers would be lauded
• An inspiring quote is placed at every desk - a place where they spend their most time attending to customers
RCC LAB
• The walls have introspective messages for the customer care executives.
• The VC backdrop wall has Jio logo.

DEVICE LAB
• We have converted the device lab into an ‘experience zone’ where the executives can come and take a break and explore the various products and services offered by Jio.
• The fixtures made of glass have devices mounted and the room has a chic looking seating area made using foam.
• The entire room is WiFi-enabled using Jio MiFi. So the executives can simply connect their own phones and surf at 4G speeds.
• The TV screen is a Jio TV experience zone for executives to catch live streamed matches, watch HD clips, films, TV shows etc.
• We have converted the device lab into an ‘experience zone’ where the executives can come and take a break and explore the various products and services offered by Jio.
