Sycamore Court Apartments
A low-rise residential condominium building located in the northwest corner of the Bronx. The seven story building has 56 apartments from studios to 3 bedrooms and 7 penthouses on the top floor.
The building was designed to blend with the neighborhood's scale while contrasting with its surroundings. Stepped terrace and balconies give the building the indoor-outdoor interaction desired by this multi-cultural neighborhood. Following the architect’s concept our firm designed all the interior spaces including the lobby and corridors as well as the apartment’s kitchen and bathrooms.
