ART.

Tibetan art, for thousands of years has played an important role in the cultural life of this country. The majority of the artworks created before the mid-20th century up to this date are dedicated to their devotion for religious subjects, the most popular being the Mandala. I got the inspiration for the Tibetan art logo from the diferent compositions and representations of the Mandala in their art.

CULTURE.

Buddhism has exerted a great influence on Tibetan culture in general; one of the most popular symbols of the Tibetan Buddhism is the Hamsa, which represents protection, blessings, power and strength. I was inspired by the Hamnsa for the creation of the cultural logo since it is one of the most adored and worshipped symbols in Tibet.

GEOGRAPHY.

The geography of Tibet consists principally of the high mountains including Mount Everest, on the border with Nepal, between Central, oriental and south of Asia hence the entitle "the roof of the world". I used this information to create de geographical logo for Tibet, considering that mountains is what describes best it best.

GASTRONOMY.

The cuisine in Tibet is very high in protein and fiber due to it's abundance of cultivated cereals such as wheat, maize and corn. These Tibetan products are considered worldwide as the richest for their good quality. The corn is the most accessible, popularized and commercial, for that reason it was chosen to represent the gastronome of Tibet.
