Bogota has an ecological structure extremely affected by all types of contamination, the main river of the city is the Bogota River, this one is polluted by three rivers emerging from the mountains as the cross the urban structure collecting all the pollution of the city and leaving it in the river Bogota. The proposal emerge on the reconstruction of the river Tunjuelito the last of this three Rivers before mention and therefore the most strategic one to restructure. The proposal was done by strategically locating public buildings to improve conditions of living in each of the sites, making it economic, social and environmentally sustainable.

The proposal is located on the industrial zone Las delicias, a production area of leather, bottling industry, and other minor businesses; by developing a research center focusing on nanotechnology it wil promote new and more efficient production processes, making the local economy global competitive, reducing the industrial footprint and making cleaner production line.
