We developed applied ethnography research on the water usage subject, our methodology included: secondary research-opportunity maps, 10 types of innovation framework, swot analysis, analogos model; primary research - observation analysis, spatial mapping, journey maps, interviews, affinity diagram, drivers, 2x2 matrix, beeper study and final concept insights.
