Design Problem:
Since technostress is an inevitable by-product of working in a technological environment, how can the future workspace be created that meets the technological needs but at the same time lowers the level of technostress?
Design solution:
Concept: Dandelion
Flexibility: Support for different learning and working styles
Accessibility: Provide good training, anticipatory and responsive support; excellent communication
Material: Light and soft – stress relief, relax and comfortable
Reduce stress strategy: Individual climate control, connect to nature, receive natural light
