The project to be developed is located in Venezuela, Carabobo state, municipality Naguanagua, which limits the north with the municipality of Puerto Cabello, to the south with St. Joseph Parish Municipality of Valencia, to the east with the Municipality of San Diego and to the west with the Municipality of Bejuma.
The urban proposal, arises from the need to provide to the municipality of spaces for recreation and relaxation, and improve the economic and social development. The urban restructuring proposal aims to generate a large park along the river Cabriales, this park will offer the public a great civic space to promote activities for recreation, culture, art, and create a new urban fabric which will allow a more organized growth of the city.
In this urban restructuring plan, there is a proposed residential, commercial and educational center, which was developed within the proposed park, with the purpose of responding to the needs of the population, as there is a deficit of 150 000 homes in the state of Carabobo, the proposal is a contribution to reduce the deficit, just as there is a need to create spaces for recreation, art, culture and education, and contribute to the commercial sector of the city.
The site is located between University Av. and the extension of Paseo Cabriales Av., near the future subway station of La Campiña, also communicates with the center Naguanagua and the University of Carabobo through the pedestrian boulevard.
This building is part of an urban complex, which is developed under the concept of free plants, allowing the free movement of users, this enables you to communicate the proposed park area along the river Cabriales with the city.
The building consists of an auditorium, library (4 Levels), visited terraces allowing the segmentation of the functions, classrooms for specialties in the areas of Engineering and Technology, Science and Health Education and Social Sciences (12 levels), and administrative offices and multipurpose rooms (2 levels).
The concept of the building comes from a series of striped volumes wich will own each area of expertise, becoming a series of permeable segments, linked together by a solid volume, allowing the a rigid unification, representing the strength, reliability , track record, integrity and quality of institution.
