10° Desk aimed to promote the benefit of using reclaimed wood by provokes the user emotion. It designed based on the 3 level of Design Appeal by Norman Foster which the asymmetric geometrical appeal helps to attract user attention. High functional feature helps to building up the feeling of satisfaction within the user in a long run. Pleasant satisfaction through reflection can create a big positive impact toward the product and following by promoting the benefit of the material. 
 
Problem Statement 
 
Due to the increasing of the demand of lumber material in the furniture industry, it had created a devastating impact to the environment because of the unsustainable deforestation activities. It contribute to a lot of environmental issues. 

Project Aim

Designing a working desk for young working adult that able to promote the benefits of using reclaimed wood in the furniture industry
