DAIO is a daily planning app that allows users to view their schedule for the day at a glance, by using color-coded calendars and hierarchies of scale. The timeline shows free time, and the bubble sizes display the amount of time an even occupies. The app uses the phone's existing calendar and reminders system to include to-do items when it senses a sufficient gap of time between events, thus encouraging greater productivity.

The colored background allows users to view ambient information, such as weather and sunrise/sunset times. This allows users to prepare for their day and get the most done with a quick glance.
