Ceviche recipe
 
Ingredients:
·2 lbs. Fresh Reineta fish or Sole fish
·1 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
·1/2 Red Onion Finely Diced
·1 Pepper Finely Diced
·A Bunch of Cilantro
·Olive Oil and Salt
 
Recipe:
Cut your fish into 1 cms cube, put the cubes into a bowl with your onions, peppers and minced cilantro. Let ir chill in the fridge!
In a jar mix together lemon juice, salt and olive oil, then put it in the fridge.
Assemble the ceviche just before your guests are ready. Leave it no more than 15 minutes until serve
