Humanitarian coordination is based on the belief that a coherent approach to emergency response will maximize its benefits and minimize its potential pitfalls - in short, that the whole will be greater than the sum of its parts.
Considering the total effects of natural and technological disasters, immediate help should be provided as quickly as possible. The first approach deals with the setup of a rescue base which could be set up in an nearby place to the disaster. Securing the first few days of the helpers work to set up an stable and working helping gate.

The second more active approach should be designed to go live into action at the disaster ground by setting up a centered mother base and spreading satellite bases around the disaster site to cover the whole hot zone effectively. Connecting the satellites through a high tensile construction, the transport of helpers and supplies even in rough sites should be secured.
