Below is a navy wool tweed cape, lined in silk gingham with grommet detailing. This is worn over a babmboo jersey tunic with envelope pockets and matching colorblocked leggings.
This cornflower blue cotton dress has handstitching around the collar and a functional envelope pocket on the sleeve. The sleeves are valuminous in the style of the victorians, but with a large jersey cuffs, they are comfy and kid friendly. The drawstring waist is created with grommets and grey cording, referencing the bags mail carriers use.
This look is begins with the cropped jacket made of soft wool twill. With handstitching, gingham details and antique bronze buttons this is a great layering piece for the whole collection. The pants are made of cozy flannel check cut on the bias with a drawstring waist. The envelope flap pocket adds a whicical detail to these jogger pants.
Below, we have a hand knit tunic dress made with tonal blue yarns and a 2x2 rib yoke. I've detailed the yoke with gingham covered buttons and a drawstring hem. This dress can be worn as is, but here I've layered it on top of a jersey tee with a drawstring neck and pieced purple leggings.
