A project I did after a student march that was organised last November. The march attracted various different student lobbys and totalling 10,000 students. These posters I made for the Student's Assembly and CND who helped organise the march. The posters were used to to raise web awareness and were among much artistic reactions and commentary within the aftermath of the protest.
I designed them in a constructivist, soviet style to mimic the authoritarian nature of imposed fee hikes, juxtaposed with the banner cries of the march such as 'Books Not Bombs' and 'No Ifs, No buts, No education cuts'.
They were both used as advertising material by the Youth CND and Students assembly online and on social media e.g Facebook, Twitter to much praise.
