Part One: Jacket
For my Pattern Development III Class we are designing and creating our Junior Collections, consisting of a jacket, pants, and an accompanying look. We started the design process by constructing the jacket first. I designed a boyfriend style jacket, the over sized proportion will balance out with the black skinny fit pants I am currently designing to be paired with it. I wanted to create a more “relaxed” take on the basic women’s jacket but without sacrificing style. The jacket is 100% wool with leather accents. Stay tuned for pictures of the complete collection!
