About Toothy
Micah (The Hanged Man) is not quite a vampire, and he carries his heart in a jar. He falls in love with Kris (The Star), who usually wears flannel. Millo (Judgement) is also not quite a vampire, only he needs to eat human hearts to survive, as the witch/doctor who stopped him from going ‘full vampire’ was not very talented. He is accompanied by Donovan (Strength), his sign language interpreter/pseudo older brother figure. Their paths intersect in various ways. They are all pursued, to varying degrees, by Locust (The Hermit), an aquatic Canadian who owes someone a favor, and Rynne (Death), who can’t die.
