Flux is a sustainable athletic wear brand for the active woman. It is a “work to gym” line and will include pieces that are versatile, chic, sporty and comfortable.
In this project we address the environmental impacts of fashion and identify where improvements can be made. We have created a company that uses a sustainable approach in order to reduce these impacts. Through market research we determined what areas of the fashion industry are most promising, and where there is still opportunity for new business and profit within these areas. Research and analysis of our customer led us to determine what products are in highest demand, why these consumers are interested in these products, what they wish was better about these products, and how we can produce our products accordingly to best serve our customers based on what they are willing and able to purchase. We have determined a range of solutions to reduce environmental impacts of our products especially within the product development and sourcing practices.
