is a zari embroidered red colored dupatta, it is given to a married woman by her parents when she gives birth to her first child.
It is symbolic of the long life of the child.
Haath-phool
is a bracelet and ring attachment jewellery worn by brides on their wedding day.
Bindi
is adorned on the forehead, between the eyebrows, on the wedding day by the bride as part of the ‘solah singaar’.
Bicchua
is a toe ring worn by married women on both feet as a symbol of their husband’s long life.
