People know little to nothing about composting. Trashportation is a campaign that educates people on the positive impact this process can have on the city of Detroit. Dispensers located in high traffic areas will provide easy access to free compost bins that contain all the information needed to get started. When they finish composting the bins can be donated to Detroit Dirt.
Poster Designs:
These will have a microsite URL for people to locate where the nearest dispensers are located.
Dispensers:
Dispensers will encourage people to get a free foodie bin in which they can compost. It will hold all the information needed to understand the process.
Foodie Bins:
The bins will explain the Trashportation process. Designs will provide information on how to compost, what to use and what not to. With a visually appealing packages the idea is to make composting trash something trendy.
