In response to the aftermath of the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami, Foossa partnered with the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program Alumni Association of New York (JETAA-NY) and Bare Burger, a popular New York organic restaurant, to raise funds for the rescue and relief effort.
We designed posters and a t-shirt based on traditional Japanese motifs for the fundraiser events. The JETAA USA Relief Fund raised $88,900 over the course of one year until March 28, 2012.
