One 80 Place, previously named Crisis Ministries, is a non-profit based in Charleston, South Carolina. One 80 Place provides food, shelter and hope to end homelessness and hunger one person and family at a time. Through existing sponsorships and partnerships One 80 Place has become one of the leaders in the fight to end homelessness. One 80 Place seeks local and national businesses and owners to assistance in expanding their mission throughout the United States.
GOALS & OBJECTIVES
The outcomes of this project should make One 80 Place distinguishable among their co-laborers.
The first target audience is business heads and owners. The main point of contact to business owners is a mircrosite explaining the benefits of a partnership. They are also targeted by using an ad campaign that explains the severity of homelessness. The ad will run in business journals. A second target audience is the general public. Guerrilla packaging will be used to create an emotional appeal. The food rescue truck will also catch the eye of potential volunteers.
Microsite, Food rescue truck, Guerrilla packaging, Magazine advertorial
This a one page microsite that gives more insight into the purpose
of Project Turn Around. The site is targeted to business executives
and owners that would like partner with One 80 Place and know
the benefits of such a partnership.
FOOD RESCUE TRUCK
This is the new look for a food rescue truck that local resturants
can donate to as well as the community.
The idea of this package is to entice the viewer with an
inviting message offering a free lunch and inside they will
find someone’s trash. Below the trash is a message about
how many people consider "someone’s trash" their dinner.
The goal of this advertorial is to call attention to the amount of
homeless veterans in America. The piece will use a gate fold
to reveal the information in an impactful way.
