A piece of illustration, laser- engraved on wood that displays a bear and a forest from which the piece of wood may have been removed; it seeks to create a direct relation between the illustration and the media in which it was completed.

For this project an investigation was made about different kinds of forests and animals.  After this, sketches were developed allowing to define the format and the final composition.  Finally, it was necessary to paint the illustration in black so that the artwork could be cut and laser engraved in wood.
