A series of three illustrated posters inspired by classic misunderstood horror characters that have become part of a freak show. Each character has his face tattooed with words and phrases that describe his story, feelings, and certain judgments they have faced.
The goal with this project was to integrate typography and illustration in a series of pieces. The project was inspired by the stories of three misunderstood characters. First references were taken of projects inspired by Frankenstein, The Wolf-Man and Count Dracula. Then, I decided to make three posters that contextualize the characters within a freakshow to reinforce the idea of being missunderstood. Finally, their faces were written with frases and words related to the story and feelings of each character.
