90's Projection on Tetris Blocks

The 1990’s way of life is becoming popular again in 2015. This Tetris block sculpture, projected on with gif-like animations of toys, television shows, and stuff that is reminiscent of the 90’s, shows this newfound nostalgia for the decade of troll dolls, giant phones, and nickelodeon. We created this Tetris block sculpture out of foam core and created loopable 5-10 second animations to project on each Tetris piece. Showcasing floppy disks, Barbie, Pikachu, a ‘hella crunk’ mix tape, troll dolls, Sailor Moon, clips from popular 90’s television shows, and other 90’s things this projection piece is reminiscence the 1990’s.
