Preliminary research included using four design methods:Innovation sourcebook, SWOT analysis, 
Innovation evolution map and Expert trends interview. These modes were gathered to get background
information of the existing museum culture.

Primary research involved interviewing the key players that work within the museum structure as well as first hand fly on the wall observation methods. 

Once all data points were collected from primary and secondary research key details were noted and an affinity diagram was constructed where data points were further broken down into six general topics. From there the group collected ten insights. We uncovered the troubling areas that could be improved and developed three
solutions for each highlight.
