The Drive-thru experience design is a team project in class aimed to help the our client Sterling Stainless Systems. Sterling is one of the top suppliers of stainless steel fixtures comprising the drive-through window in
the fast-food industry. In this project you are cast as a strategic design consultant for Sterling Stainless Systems tasked with lifting them out of the dog-eat-dog world of commodity pricing and piecemeal order-picking by its major customers. We research the drive-thru industry to looking for bussiness opportuinity for our clients. We fisrt conduct contextual research and reframe the drive-thru experience.
