This collection has been inspired from the style of form drawing used in Madhubani Art (A painting style of Bihar) and Kalamkari (Hand-painting/block printing art of Andhra Pradesh). The motifs for the pattern design that you will see below have been hand-drawn and digitalized. To make the collection contemporary yet traditional, bold pop colours have been utilized on contrasting ornamental backgrounds. The look has been manipulated to be grungy in order to make it rustic.
