The Lock Screen
I've found that Windows Phone is the only mobile OS that has lockscreen with so much potential, a blank canvas just waiting to be painted, I love the way that the designers at Microsoft just kept it simple and didn't overcomplicate things. The only improvements I could think to make were really notifications and a camera grabber, I've employed my vision of what these would be like below.
