The site, located on one of the main roads of Raichur city, was an ideal location for a multiplex and a hotel.There existed at the centre of this site an old step well, which was being restored. It was decided to locate the multiplex towards the front edge of the site and limit the hotel towards the rear end, beyond the stepwell, to capitalize on the view of the fort that the rear end of the site offered.

The existing step well, aptly located in the centre of the site, acts as a centre point from which the multiplex as well as hotel activities radiate as well as converge to. The northwest corner, of the structure, facing the two roads, has been designed as a triple height void with a pergola cover. This space is designed as a waiting and interactive zone for movie goers. Activities like exhibition spaces, food courts, restaurants and shopping areas located at the ground floor, serve as attractions to lure people into the building.
