Una de las condicionantes para este proyecto fue utilizar concreto y diferentes tipos de metales.

Durante su diseño se aplicaron diferentes patrones bioclimáticos, siempre se tuvo presente la luz natural en cada uno de los espacios, esto nos permite tener aberturas (domos) o cubos para captar lo mayor cantidad posible de luz y ventilación.

 

La orientación del proyecto nos permite tener una gran captación de rayos solares al Sur y Oeste, lo cual generara una ganancia muy grande en calor, para ello se maneja una cámara de aire entre los balcones y los espacios interiores, los cuales se protegen a través de faldones de concreto, pérgolas y cortinas, esto nos permite conservar los ventanales hacia el sur y oeste.

 

Para el diseño se parte de una forma muy básica el cubo, después se empieza a estilizar generando aberturas, lo cual nos permite que respire e ilumine cada una de sus habitaciones, al trabajar la fachada sur y este se genera un giro el cual nos permite una mayor protección en forma y así no exponer tanto la fachada hacia el sur oeste, donde los rayos tienden a afectarnos más. Área de construcción 390m2.  Características del usuario, constructor especializado en el área de concreto y fotógrafa profesional con dos hijos adolescentes.

 

One of the conditions for this Project was use of concrete and different type of metals.
During it design were applied the different bioclimatic patterns, always we had present the natural light on the different spaces, this permit us apertures, cube of light to catch the major quantity of light and ventilation.

The orientation of the project permits us to have a great capture of the sun light at the South and West, which generate a big gain of heat, for that we use a camera of air between the balconies and the interior spaces, which are protected by the skirt of concrete, pergolas and curtains, this permits us to conserve the glass walls to the south and west.   
 
For the design we started from the cube like a basic form, later was stylized creating some apertures, which permit the breath and the light on the rooms, when we work the facade south and east create a turn which permits us a biggest protection with the form, and without much exposure over the façade to the south west, where the sunlight affect us more.  Construction area 390 Sq m
