When I first began working with Dr. B, I paid close attention to her concerns regarding the business's online presence.  Her main goals were to update the current website to reflect more accurately the services offered and that would appeal to her intended end users. Though the parameters of the project were within my wheelhouse, creating an effective rebranding and user friendly website required some further R&D. 

Working my way thru a series of medical related websites, I observed certain successful ( and some less than successful) elements that stood out.  One trend throughout the more specialized clinics was a focus on a minimalist interface. The result helped guide the viewers attention to calls to action such as the patient login portal, online appointment booking, etc. Additionally, they all allowed users to easily download  patient registration documents and other important forms all conveniently and prominently linked from the home page.
 

I was able to create a successful new look that effectively highlighted the many strengths of the business. Working with the team was a huge privilege and being in close contact with the office administrator kept the project on the right track with minimal effort.
