The Coffee Fox is a locally owned business from Savannah, Georgia, located in the popular and busy Broughton Street. It attracts all kinds of people, ranging from tourists to locals, elders and students. The objective of this project was to identify the different service encounters that take place at The Coffee Fox through contextual research, mapping them out, and identifying the main strategic problems of the service provider from the user point of view.
