recent prom formal fashion shoot with local high school girls as models, the girl in the first image is a basketball player, and this was her first photo shoot!!

one of the things i love about working with studio lights is all the detail you get working at f8-f11 you can really appreciate the intricacy of the beading. Images that show craftsmanship add value.

[ above ] i make patterns for my etsy shop : the cheeky darling the theme for this show was " wild about prom"  so of course i had to use one of my leopard patterns. i love how the masking in photoshop cc 2014 is so clean, it allowed me to get the pattern in and still bring the dress forward, instead of a flat image. i lifted the shadows for a pop art - warhol feel <3

all of the models are current students in high school and not working models, not every case of being so authentic gets such adorable results.
