Analysis of Stigas design
The ideation process started with drawings
Continuing with clay modeling by hand
3D scanning of the clay model in order to use the clay model as reference in CAD (Siemens NX 8.5)
Milling of a polyurethane plug for thermoforming of the main body
Thermoforming the main body
Careful assembly of the different parts after they had been polished and spray painted
The top cover was 3D printed (SLS) and the text was laser cut and placed by hand
Final design of our Stiga Vacuum Cleaner
