Nihilism Installation — Mediatecture

Taking graphic design to the next level with projections, this was created with a projector, Processing, Open TSPS, Illustrator and a Kinect Sensor that activated the installation, depending where you were standing, and morphed particles in to different forms that told a story about Nihilism.

The story starts with an atom, which turns into serotonin (the happiness chemical), and then leads to a quote that makes us think about how science is constantly looking for eternal happiness (by Nietzsche), then we see the radioactive icon, which turns into Plutonium, followed by the Fat Man atomic bomb, and finally the bomb goes off and it closes off with the definition of Nihilism.
Please appreciate if you enjoyed. Thank you !
