A hand-stitched poster set
The idea of this posters set, Ravel, is to show everything is two-sided and has two complete opposite meanings. We should never look at, or judge anything only through its appearance, but also find out if there is any other context behind such a thing.
This project incorporated my hand-stitched Stereoscopic Stitch type, as the front of the stitching shows the positive definition of "ravel" and the back-stitching shows the negative definition of the same word. The big words, "ravel", are completely hand-stitched.
This is also a Merit winning project of 2012 HOW International Design Awards/ Student Category.
