Project coordinator and documenter for the restoration of a complex of fifteen 19th century and early 20th century historic log cabins, barns, and various primitive structures all but destroyed by a tornado in February 2008.  The site is home to the largest historic log cabin in Tennessee, and likely in the entire southeast.  Special attention was paid to historic accuracy in all levels of detail in the interest of maintaining the site’s status on the National Register of Historic Places.  Damaged and scattered building elements were meticulously documented and cataloged for reuse and historically accurate reproduction whenever possible.
