- Project made in 2014
This project was made for "User Experience I" course in UCLA Extension.
Fit Buddy is a fitness app that focus more on the human interactions than on information feedback. It was inspired by the great success of fitness profiles on instagram.

This project focused on the user experience, so the final result are wireframes, not the final apperence of the app. I will explain most of the research and work that led to the wireframe, because in UX they are as important as the final wireframe.

First there were interviews and based on those I created the personas.

After that I choose one persona and did a journey map, to try to understand better that user.
The next step was a card sorting exercise with users, to learn more of the taxonomy and what features they expect in such a app.
With all the information collected I created a app map, that roughly explain how the mechanic of the app works.
Than I began to make my first wireframe, each week the wireframe would change accordingly to the feedback I got from the instructor and, most important, from user testing.
These are the last wireframes, from here would be more user testing to guarantee the functionality of these wireframes and then creating the visual design of the app.
