This was for a baby shower for a little girl, and I knew her mother was decorating her nursery in pink, so I went with a monochromatic color scheme. I overlapped circles to create texture and add interest and playfulness.

This was for a baby shower for a boy, and I wanted to use colors that were a little more visually interesting and unexpected than just blue. The cool color scheme with an accent of sunny yellow is masculine, yet youthful.
