The EMA eLearning system is the online learning platform used by EMA course participants
I developed, implemented and managed the various elements of EMA's Learning system - such as the user interface and user experience design, administration, system processes and interactive learning games for multiple devices.
I am also currently researching a developing the road map for the enhancement of the online learning system and integrating new concepts such as gamification, interactive learning games and m-learning (or mobile learning).
I also managed the process workflows and allocated and coordinated tasks amongst those associated with the process such as team members, assessors, etc.
Software: eQuip (LMS), Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash (CS2/CS3/CS4/CS5), GameSalad (interactive game/app development for iOS/Android and PC/Mac)
