Our friends at the motion graphics blog Motionographer asked if we'd be a guest contributor and choose a subject we thought was interesting. We decided to do a profile on TheLab's rebrand of Comedy Central, both in the form of an article and an experimental video.
Since we'd already been working a lot with live action and high-speed footage, we thought it would be fun to go in the opposite direction and try a video profile piece using stop motion. We had a great time speaking with Hal and Alicia at thelab and are excited to see the new Comedy Central branding take on a life of its own.
