formed our main Devolopment Strategies principles :
At the traffic development level :
- Achieve traffic safety
- Re-organizing the traffic to creat a atraction area
- Create multiple gates and entrances to the area
- Create a network of roads and public transportaition to reduce private cars and replace it with alternative means
- Continuity in connections with various events surrounding the area
- Create a new parking lots for the users and the guests
At the sustainable development level :
- Environmental building and green architecture
- Design a environment friendly public urban spaces wich create an unforgetbul places
- Provide internal services for users and visitors and to provide access to the other services
- The best investment of the land and the exploitation of the blanks
- No wasted spaces
- Achieve the functional diversity in the area
- Create and develop a multi-function structures (offices - services - entertatment - trade - education)

the proposed idea acheive continuity in the area connection status of the modern city and a gateway to the region through creating a tunnel axis of pedestrians and urban areas Surrounding the old clock which can invest as (cafterias - restaurants ) tourist and so creates a pleasant impression andunforgettable place.
the existence of the excavated area beside it helped us in to creat a underground car parking lots on two stories
securing parkings for users and visitors which restrict the parking on the edge of the roads and in every place available.
at the surface of the underground parking we creat an old wall archeolgical garden as an interface for the area which contains some entertainment elements ( cafteria - puplic squares -an open stage )
This suggestion will activate the region through the creating of a touristic path and replace the functions of some buildings are unsuitable for the region
To become mostly (hotels - pensions -and some traditional handcrafts )
send the cars down ......... let people enjoy the old city
merging the past with the futur
