Managing EMA's online learning products and services
In my current role as a portfolio manager for EMA Learning (Digital), one of key functions is to manage and grow EMA's online learning products and services and facilitate product development, research and innovation.
My main focus in product development and innovation is to create an engaging user learning experience that will keep users motivated and engaged through the learning process. I look to achieve this by working with the team and collaborating with other technology partners and suppliers in designing and developing interactive learning content while also ensuring that the content is delivered to the user across an easy, flexible yet engaging interface.
I regularly liaise with customers, clients, internal stakeholders and partners in seeking out business development opportunities and ensuring the growth and development of this portfolio.
