As the communications manager at Cupertino Electric, I collaborate closely with the employee philanthropy and volunteer group. Over the past three years, we have successfully engaged more employees to double the average number of volunteers and donations. In November 2014 we had our largest success to date, raising a record-breaking amount of donations for the holiday giving campaign. The month-long campaign includes employee emails, social media, intranet articles, and several events.
