Theme 27 : Quick Draw Collective
For the 'favorite subject in school' theme in the QDC, I chose to make an illustration based on Chemistry class. From the periodic table in elementary school through to high school AP Chemistry where I was completely out of my depth, I liked the people who liked the subject and working in the lab was the closest thing to ‘making’ things in a core class in school. At the time there was also a slight obsession with taking notes in day glo colors which, in hindsight, couldn't have been good for my grades but inspired the technicolor palette below!
