Psychogeography is one approach to the exploration of an environment, in this case London. Wandering around cities and intentionally going down unfamiliar paths prompts inspiration and facilitates creativity. This is especially true in this case as English surroundings are still relatively foreign to us as we both grew up in California. These three drawings are our “maps” of one small section of London. They display our experience of the urban landscape in two dimensions. This psychogeographic process allows us to generate new ideas and sometimes simply get to know the city.
