The brief was to develop a small, one-off restaurant in your neighbourhood or town.
I live in the south of Johannesburg, and it is next to impossible to find healthy
choices served in the restaurants, which are in my area. This is particularly due to the
fact that the majority of these restaurants are fast food franchises.
Therefore I have chosen to develop a farm style establishment that is
a healthy, delicious and affordable dining destination.
The warm and welcoming farm style restaurant will serve dishes which center on fresh,
seasonal ingredients in their purest form and will host special events and
educational activities to serve as a wellness hub in the community.
