Ladder brand identity

My outcome is a pictogram. There is a smile face in a hexagon shape, which stand for honeycomb. The font of logo is handwriting, which is not too random and not too serious. Ladder helps youth homelessness independent living and restores their belief in themselves. The whole team like a group of bee get together and built their materially house and mentally home. The three lines on the smile face not only make a nice smile feeling but also do assist to keep the shape of ladder. These three lines give another further mean of old scars make a new smile face, standing for youth can have a new life after struggling. The squares under the face make up of a capital letter L for Ladder. I keep their original color to increase influence of their visual language. The message they try to present is they focus on the youth homelessness. They show their passion about helping youth.
