The lamp is based on the prayer wheels which are found in Tibetan monasteries. This is the second product developed for the craftswomen of Tibetan Women's Handocrafts centre. It has been made by adding the techique of devore printing on the woven fabric.
The 8 auspicious symbols shown above are used as motifs to be printed on the lamp.
