Our design challenge was to develop a solution that helps Millennials overcome their fears and concerns about shopping and purchasing a new or CPO (Certified Pre Owned) vehicles from OEM (original equipment manufacturers)dealerships by making them feel more informed, empowered and comfortable with the purchase process.
